Boys and Girls Home provides a safe, effective, therapeutic living environment for children ages 6-18 who experience emotional, mental health and behavior challenges.
The average length of stay for residential treatment is 3 to 6 months. Individualized treatment for each of our clients improve their psychological, emotional and academic functioning. We work with the family in planning for a child’s return to home and reunite the child with the family when possible.

Trauma Informed Care.
We provide trauma-informed interventions to assist children and adolescents in coping with traumatic events. This process is designed to strengthen and enrich client skills through team building and problem solving as well as increase each child’s sense of safety, self-esteem, self-control and their ability to sustain meaningful relationships with friends and family.

Boys and Girls Home has earned the Gold Standard of Accreditation by the Joint Commission and is continually monitored by the Commission to ensure our practices are accommodating the needs of our clients.
